Prader-Willi Syndrome
Prader-Willi syndrome is a very rare genetic disorder caused by the deletion of part of chromosome 15. The condition causes obesity, excessive daytime sleepiness, intellectual disability and behavioral problems, as well as shortness in height and other physical development issues. There is no cure for this disorder and treatments are currently aimed at improving quality of life and treating symptoms caused by the disorder.
